Acceptable Use Policy

Adults and permission

Use this service only if you are 18 or older, with your own photos or consenting adults' photos. Obtain image rights and each depicted person's permission. A checkbox does not verify age, identity, ownership or consent. Label shared outputs as AI-generated.

Prohibited content

1. Pornography and sexual content: explicit sexual acts, sexual nudity, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual harassment.
2. Violence and harmful abuse: graphic violence, gore, threats, encouragement of violence, abuse or dangerous unlawful conduct.
3. Hate and harassment: attacks, dehumanization, threats or discrimination against protected groups, or targeted harassment.
4. Child safety: photos of minors in this adult-only workflow; any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, abuse or unsafe depiction of children. Do not submit these even to test the detector.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: likenesses without consent; deceptive impersonation, fraud, false endorsements or fabricated evidence; presenting synthetic output as an authentic recording. Permission does not make unlawful or abusive content acceptable.
6. Copyright and trademarks: using protected photos, video, music, logos or other material without required rights; misleading affiliation or infringement of intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights.

Do not bypass checks, alter tokens, access other people's tasks, automate abuse or interfere with the service. Restrictions cover inputs, outputs, accounts and distribution of results.

Current automatic checks

Both prepared photos are checked with SeeAPI NSFW Filter image moderation before generation submission or credit reservation. Completed video is checked with SeeAPI Video NSFW Filter before preview/download delivery. We request 32 sampled frames, threshold offset 0, strict special-care handling and no returned frame images. An overall flag or NSFW/special-care label blocks content.

Pending tasks, empty/malformed assessments, incomplete sampling, outages, authentication errors, timeouts and insufficient provider balance are not passes. Unchecked content remains withheld while checks can be retried. Input blocks consume no generation credits. Output blocks return eligible reserved credits once with original expiry; this is distinct from a cash refund.

Detectors can misclassify content. Sampling does not examine every frame. The current checks focus on NSFW and special-care content and do not establish complete detection of violence, hate, impersonation or infringement, or independently verify age, identity or permission. All restrictions above still apply.

Reports, investigations and appeals

Use the result panel's report link or email support@hotaivideo.net. Include a task reference, category, brief explanation and relevant page link. Do not send illegal media, unnecessary personal details or full payment information. Reports are accepted without an account.

We respond within 3 business days, assess available task/check records and investigate. We may withhold delivery, restrict access or accounts, request evidence of permission or take action required by law. Reports are handled separately from ordinary automatic generation; every task is not manually reviewed. Already downloaded/shared files or provider-hosted copies may require a separate request to their host.

Appeal by emailing the task/account reference and relevant evidence or explanation. We reassess and communicate the outcome or further information needed.
